If you have booked one of our trips, please assemble at 9.10am prompt at the boat.  The gangway to the jetty is accessed through the 'Pay and Display' car park adjacent to the rear of the Fleece Public House in Church Street. (shown on the map on the right).  Please note:  We are governed by Swing Bridge opening times - it is vitally important that you are prompt, if we miss our slot, the trip's departure may be delayed somewhat.

We shall make our best endeavours to make your day a happy, fishy and rewarding experience, and hopefully you will come fishing with us again.  Please remember that if we have to cancel your trip, it is because we feel the weather conditions, which may be lovely ashore,  will not be so nice at sea.  We are not keen to lose a days work, but we will put your interests first. 

In the event of us having to cancel your trip for bad weather, you will receive a full refund.  In the event of an unexpected breakdown, we will do our best to find you another boat, or refund you money at your choice.

If you have to cancel your booking, we will not refund your fees unless you give us 14 days notice in writing, recorded delivery, of your need to do so.  If we can find another party at short notice, to replace your booking, we will not apply the aforementioned.

If you book X number of passengers, you will be charged for that many even if they don't turn up. 
Make sure you are covered if you are the Charter organiser.

The skipper's decision is final in all matters relating to client safety at sea and the safety of the boat.
Passengers are however required to take reasonable precautions for the safety of themselves and those around them.  Small amounts of alcohol may be brought aboard.  Any person engaging in behaviour which endangers other passengers or the boat will be put ashore at the earliest opportunity, into the custody of the appropriate authorities.

Payment deposit is by debit card or cheque at time of booking. 
I will accept credit cards, but a 2% card charge will be added.

You must ring the night before sailing for the weather forecast and sailing confirmation or cancellation.  Ring 01947 605658 between 7pm and 8pm.  Phone unavailable after these times. 

REMEMBER - bad weather on the West Coast can be good weather on the East Coast - try us if your West Coast trip is cancelled.
